Meet Your Coaches
Ashley Miller is an Illinois-based business coach and real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience in various aspects of the real estate industry. She is an investor of a commercial and residential real estate portfolio, and owner of multiple real-estate related businesses.
Ashley began her career in real estate in 2015 working with a reputable team of agents and developing the best practices that allowed her to serve hundreds of Central Illinois residents year over year.
Ashley became a Keller Williams MAPS Coach in 2018. Her coaching focuses on helping her clients systematically build bigger businesses, become better leaders, solve their biggest challenges, accomplish their goals and live bigger lives. She has partnered with business owners from coast to coast and is known for working with Teams and emerging CEO’s within teams, her no BS, high-accountability approach, and for keeping businesses lean, mean and highly profitable.
Ashley is a University of Illinois graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Communication. She is Mama to a fiery 3 year old and currently resides on 5 acres outside of her small home town with her son (Townes) 2 dogs (Wylie and Waylon) and the barn cats (Bumper, Buddy and Max), and hopes to add a couple cows to the crew eventually. She enjoys a good renovation project and downtime watching the latest trending shows on Netflix or Hulu. She loves to travel, play (really bad) golf, and spend time with those she holds closest to her heart.
Chelse Moffatt is the Lead Listing Specialist and Director of Sales for Bespoke Homes Team based in Rochester, NY.

As Director of Sales, she has coached the team to hit personal and group goals, Increased overall team production volume, created lead generation systems that work, grown the sales force, and made sure to have fun doing it.
Also a mother of two teenage boys, two Boston Terriers, and Wife to Ben. She believes that everyone has greatness within them, and there is nothing a great plan and commitment to the right actions can’t accomplish!
Matt Koller is a Senior Cadre MAPS Leadership Coach for Productivity Coaches. Matt specializes in working with launching and relaunching PC Programs. Matt began his real estate career in 2012 after getting his degree in Real Estate and Marketing from Colorado State University.
In 2014, he became the Assistant Team Leader/ Productivity Coach in his office in Denver. He built his program from the start and grew it to one of the most profitable programs in the country by 2016. He was invited to become a MAPS Coach in 2017 and has been full time with MAPS since 2018.
Matt’s coaching emphasizes developing systems and processes that allow PC’s to scale their program quickly while still maintaining their life by design. Matt’s ideal clients are those who treat their PC programs like a business and seek to maximize their profit through MREA principles. Matt also creates a collaborative environment for clients across the country to share and mastermind with one another on a weekly basis.
Other areas of specialty include recruiting, Command and Sisu integration, Teamerage/leads programs as well as developing coaching skills. Matt is also the host of a roleplay call hosted every Friday, open to all PC’s with a MAPS Coaching contract.

This intense 90 day program is for any active Director of Sales, a new hire to the position or any Rainmaker currently leading a sales team of 2 or more agents. The program will provide a high level of practical application and accountability on all things that influence growth and revenue in the business.
