We are focused on my business model to make sure it functions efficiently so not only can I better serve my clients but also live my best life intentionally. At first I was worried coaching would make me too profit focused but instead it has added an intentionality into the business that yes keeps profit in mind, but even more so, helps put a why behind every business decision. I met Ashley Miller at a pivotal point in my life. As a newer agent, I knew I had the potential to have a big business but I had no idea where to start. As a part owner of my family's custom home building business I was busy serving clients in my current role and operating as an agent as a side job. I had several people encourage me to look into coaching as I lacked direction. I was also going through a major life change, getting divorced after 10 years of marriage. My first call with Ashley she asked me what I sold so far that year, I had no idea. In the midst of multiple tears, I explained that more than ever I needed to prioritize my real estate career and run it like a business. She showed me how to pull my numbers and I had sold 5.5 million! I never thought that was possible for me! She went on to ask me what I wanted to sell next year and I said $10 million? She said how about $15 million? With Ashleys help, we closed out 2021 with 17 million dollars sold! The second question she asked me while on that first call was "where do you see yourself in 5 years"? I knew I wanted to have my own team! I wanted to coach and develop other agents to be able to support clients and build big lives. Once again, she felt my expectations of myself were too low! We created that taem in less than 6 months from our first call and today I have two admin and 2 agents that work alongside me in The Brantingham Group Real Estate team.
